1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to The Cohen Review! These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding legal agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Cohen Review, Corp. ("The Cohen Review," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website, courses, materials, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.
2. Description of Services
The Cohen Review offers online exam preparation courses designed to assist students in preparing for Nurse Practitioner Board certification exams, including those offered by the AANP or ANCC. Our Services include video lectures, PDF materials, and interactive questions.
3. User Accounts and Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. Sharing your account with others or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited.
4. Permitted Use of Services and Materials / License Grant to Users
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, The Cohen Review grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services and Materials for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only, for the duration of your enrollment or subscription.
Except for specifically designated ebook downloads, Materials may only be accessed and used online via our platform and may not be downloaded, copied, reproduced, or otherwise stored by the User unless explicitly permitted. This license is contingent upon your adherence to all copyright and intellectual property notices, including those detailed in our Copyright Notice (typically found within our full Disclaimers and Copyright Notice section, which forms part of these Terms).
5. Prohibited Conduct
In using our Services, you agree not to:
- Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of The Cohen Review or any third party.
- Distribute, resell, publicly display, or otherwise commercially exploit any of our Materials or Services without our express prior written consent.
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or otherwise interfere with the security or proper functioning of our Services or network.
- Engage in any activity that is illegal, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful to other users, The Cohen Review, or third parties.
- Post or transmit any inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content.
6. Payment and Fees
All payments for our Services are processed through secure third-party payment processors, such as Stripe. The Cohen Review does not directly access, store, or retain your credit card or other payment billing information. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected Services as described at the time of purchase.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
- General Purchases (Courses/Subscriptions): We offer a 72-hour (3-day) refund policy on any initial purchase or any subsequent recurring subscription payment, for any reason. This 72-hour period begins from the time of the specific payment. To request a refund within this period, please email support@thecohenreview.com.

Exceptions to Refunds:
- Private Sessions: No refunds will be issued for a private session if you cancel less than 48 hours before the scheduled session time, or after a private session has been completed.
- Ebook Downloads: Due to the digital nature of ebooks and their immediate accessibility, all ebook download sales are final and non-refundable.
- Recurring Subscriptions: You are responsible for canceling your recurring subscription in a timely manner to avoid future charges. If a recurring payment is processed, it is subject to the 72-hour refund window detailed above for that specific payment.
